Fun Fact/Nerd Alert: The spark before the lightning hits are negatively-charged or positively-charged ions, depending on the type of lighting called "leaders", the one that hits the ground is the path the actual lighting bolt will take. Thunder is the result of the temperature of the bolt burning the air and causing it to expand rapidly. Scientist still don't know how lighting actually initially forms. Sorry if I bore you hah, but it is cool to see in slow-mo eh?
This is the nonsense I think up and the randomness I find while surfing the web when I can't sleep.
Enjoy

Brendon: I'll be honest, Mr. Lynch. I made that one up.
